Là sản phẩm dạng khối rắn, mật độ vi sinh cao được sử dụng để phân hủy chất thải hữu cơ có trong bẫy mỡ.

Bẫy mỡ là gì?

Bẫy mỡ còn có tên gọi khác là thiết bị lọc tách dầu mỡ và chất thải trong hệ thống thoát nước. Bẫy mỡ thường được sử dụng trong các nhà bếp công nghiệp như: nhà hàng, resort, bếp ăn nhà máy, hay những nơi chế biến đồ ăn, thực phẩm. Đây là nơi lượng thực phẩm và dầu mỡ thừa thải ra rất lớn, nếu thải trực tiếp vào hệ thống sẽ gây hư hỏng về lâu dài, do đó nước thải cần phải đi qua bẫy mỡ để xử lý trước khi đi vào hệ thống thoát nước chính.
