Khái niệm: Báo cáo tình hình thực hiện sau cấp phép (nước dưới đất, nước mặt, xả thải) là báo cáo về tình hình, hoạt động xả thải nước thải vào nguồn nước, khai thác nước dưới đất, khia thác nước mặt của doanh nghiệp theo nội dung giấy phép đã được cấp.

Đối tượng:

Tổ chức, cá nhân quản lý, vận hành các công trình khai thác, sử dụng nước mặt, nước dưới đất, xả nước thải vào nguồn nước đã được cơ quan có thẩm quyền cấp giấy phép tài nguyên nước

Căn cứ thực hiện:

• Luật Tài nguyên nước 17/2012/QH13
• Nghị định số 201/2013/NĐ-CP ngày 27/11/2013 của Chính phủ về việc Quy định chi tiết thi hành một số điều của Luật tài nguyên nước
• Thông tư số 27/2014/TT-BTNMT ngày 30/5/2014 của Bộ Tài nguyên và Môi trường về việc Quy định việc đăng ký khai thác nước dưới đất, mẫu hồ sơ cấp, gia hạn, điều chỉnh, cấp lại giấy phép tài nguyên nước;
• Thông tư số 31/2018/TT-BTNMT ngày 26/12/2018 của Bộ Tài nguyên và Môi trường quy định nội dung, biểu mẫu báo cáo tài nguyên nước;

Kỳ báo cáo: Tổng hợp báo cáo hằng năm trước ngày 30/01 năm kế tiếp

Thực hiện quan trắc: vị trí, thông số, tần suất quan trắc được quy định trong Giấy phép đã được cấp.

Definition: Post - licensing implementation report  (underground water, surface water, discharge) is a report on the situation and activities of wastewater discharge into water sources, underground water exploitation, surface water extraction of enterprise according to the content of license that has been granted .

Subjects:

Organizations ard individuals that manage and operate works that exploit and use surface water, underground water, discharge wastewater into water sources, have been granted water resources permits by competent agencies.

Implementation basis:

• Law on Water Resources 17/2012/QH13 Decree No.201/2013
• Decree No.201/2013/ND-CP dated November 27th, 2013 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Water Resources
• Circular No.27/2014/TT-BTNMT dated May 30th, 2014 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental regulating the registation of uderground water exploitation, application form for grant,extension, adjustment and re-issuance of permits water resource permit;
• Circular No.31/2018/TT-BTNMT dated December 26th, 2018 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment stipulating the content and form of the report on water resource

Reporting period: Summarize the annual report before January 30th of the following year 

Carry out monitoring: location, parameters, and frequency of monitoring are specified in issued License.
