Khái niệm: Chủ dự án đầu tư, cơ sở có trách nhiệm lập và gửi báo cáo công tác bảo vệ môi trường đến các cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền theo quy định của pháp luật

Kỳ báo cáo: Báo cáo công tác bảo vệ môi trường định kỳ hằng năm. Kỳ báo cáo tính từ ngày 01 tháng 01 đến hết ngày 31 tháng 12 của năm báo cáo

Đối tượng thực hiện: Chủ dự án, cơ sở sản xuất, kinh doanh dịch vụ có phát sinh nước thải, chất thải, khí thải.

Căn cứ thực hiện:

• Luật Bảo vệ môi trường 72/2020/QH14 thông qua ngày 17/11/2020
• Nghị định số 08/2022/NĐ-CP ngày 10 tháng 01 năm 2022 của Chính phủ quy định chi tiết một số điều của Luật Bảo vệ môi trường
• Thông tư số 02/2022/TT-BTNMT ngày 10 tháng 01 năm 2022 của Bộ trưởng Bộ Tài nguyên và Môi trường quy định chi tiết thi hành một số điều của Luật Bảo vệ môi trường

Nội dung chính bao gồm:

• Kết quả hoạt động của các công trình, biện pháp bảo vệ môi trường đối với chất thải;
• Kết quả khắc phục các yêu cầu về bảo vệ môi trường của cơ quan thanh tra, kiểm tra và cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền (nếu có);
• Kết quả quan trắc và giám sát môi trường định kỳ, quan trắc tự động, liên tục;
• Công tác quản lý chất thải rắn, quản lý chất thải nguy hại;
• Công tác quản lý phế liệu nhập khẩu (nếu có);
• Hoạt động dịch vụ quan trắc môi trường (nếu có);
• Các kết quả, hoạt động, biện pháp bảo vệ môi trường khác.

Definition: Owner of investment projects and facilities are responsible for making and sending reports on environmental protection to competent state agencies in accordance with law.

Reporting period: Annual report on environmental protection. The reporting period is from January 1st to the December 31st of the reporting year.

Objects of implementation: Project owners, production and service establishments that generate wastewater, waste and emissions.

Implementation basis:

• Law on Environmental Protection 72/2020/QH14 passed on November 17th, 2020
• Decree No.08/2022/ND-CP dated January 10th, 2022 of the Minsister of Natural Resources and Environment detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Environmental Protection
• Cirlcular No.02/2022/TT-BTNMT dated January 10th, 2022 of Minister of Natural Resources and Environment detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Environmental Protection.

Main content includes: 

• Operation results of works, environmental protection measures for waste;
• Results of overcoming environmental protection requirements of inspection and testing agencies and competent state agencies (if any);
• Results of periodical and continuous environmental monitoring and monitoring;
• Solid waste management of imported scrap (if any);
• Environmental monitoring service activities (if any);
• Other environmental protection results, activites and measures.
